What does the £39 setup fee cover?
It covers the concierge work: registering the name in our holding account, configuring DNS and nameservers through Cloudflare, enabling free WHOIS privacy and SSL, issuing your deed certificate, and keeping the domain safe and monitored until handover. The domain price itself is shown separately and honestly.
How much will renewal cost each year?
You see the honest renewal price at checkout, with a small transparent markup — and we show you exactly how much more GoDaddy would charge for the same name over two years. No surprises at renewal time.
Can I move my domain to another provider later?
Absolutely. Once the standard ICANN transfer lock period has passed, you can transfer the domain out to any registrar you like, or we can push it to your own account for free. It is your name — you are never trapped.
Which domain extensions can I register?
We support the extensions UK businesses use most: .co.uk, .uk, .com, .io, .shop, .ai and .org. Search any name and we check availability and honest pricing across all of them at once.
How long does registration take?
